N\u00e3o sei se j\u00e1 tiveram conhecimento que no dia 8 de Maio tivemos na nossa escola uma ac\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e Mobilidade, orientada pelo doutor Serafim Queir\u00f3s e doutor M\u00e1rio Sousa da DREN.<\/p>\n
Estiveram presentes todos os professores da minha turma, os meus colegas, algumas auxiliares e a minha m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n
Ensinaram v\u00e1rias t\u00e9cnicas de mobilidade e de AVD (actividades de vida di\u00e1ria). Todas estas t\u00e9cnicas fazem com que eu me torne cada vez mais aut\u00f3noma no dia-a-dia.<\/p>\n
Foi muito importante todos aprenderem e experimentarem pois assim podem ajudar-me correctamente quando estou junto deles.<\/p>\n
Como compreendem ainda \u00e9 um pouco dif\u00edcil deslocar-me sem ajuda na hora dos intervalos mas com o tempo vou conseguir.<\/p>\n
Quero agradecer a todos v\u00f3s pois ultimamente tem havido menos pastas deixadas no ch\u00e3o dos corredores, o que para mim \u00e9 muito bom.<\/p>\n
